Workshop Charges
We charge between £35.00 (Inc VAT) and £45.00 (Inc VAT) for workshop repairs. We make a surcharge for data recovery , data transfer and downloading software drivers from the internet.

Software Drivers
We charge a further £10.00 (Inc VAT) if the customer does not supply drivers which we obtain from the internet. The customer is given a copy of the drivers for future use, we will copy these drivers to a CDROM if required.
 

 

Data Recovery
We have the software and facilities to recover data which may have been mislaid when your computer crashed. We have a no fix no fee policy, payment will only be made if we recover the agreed data. We charge extra for the recovery of Outlook and Outlook Express data.
Out-Inspection
Our out-inspection policy , based on ISO9002, ensures that a computer will be fully tested before it is returned to the customer. A tick sheet is provided with all jobs. We fully inspect each new computer with over with over 40 out-inspection tests to ensure it will be without defect.
