These customers use SidSoft for on-site computer support, telephone support and next business day call-outs. We can arrange for on-site training carried out by Mike Beer, or electrical wiring changes carried out by Alex.

On-Site Computer Support

We will arrange for an Engineer to visit your home or office on the next business day in the event of a computer problem. Our Free Telephone Support line records your messages, we will contact you the same, or next day to arrange a visit. Annual charges start at £85.00 (Inc VAT) for a small office/home office with one PC or laptop.

Annual Agreement

Prices start at £100 (Inc VAT) for the home user/home office. We also support networks - please telephone for details. ((01395 516992)
